January 11, 2007 - Northwood Centre is proud to announce the signing of a banking client at the outparcel formerly occupied by First Florida Credit Union.  The bank is expected to open in early summer, 2007.  More details to follow as the opening date approaches.

December 8, 2006 - Northwood Centre has been awarded a bid from the Department of State for 55,108 SF of office space at the site of the former Publix.  Construction is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2007, with occupancy in late summer.  Approximately 80 employees will work at the site, which will include office, warehouse and print shop space.

January 1, 2006 - The Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Division of Hotel and Restaurants and the Division of Land Sales relocated from downtown to Northwood Centre.  Their new offices opened December, 1, 2005.

November 22, 2004 - The State of Florida signed a 15 year lease at Northwood Centre for the four state agencies currently housed on site:  Department of Children and Families, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Department of Education and Department of Revenue.  As part of the lease terms, the common area of Northwood Centre will be renovated to reflect the presence of a major govemment center.
