Replacing the whitewall, stuffy office of the past with a modern, mixed use and internet friendly environment that your staff can feel comfortable in, while maintaining the highest level of productivity and efficiency.

That is the goal of Northwood Centre, and our tenants love the vision as they work with us to create each of their work environments through the leadership and skill of Northwood’s management, interior designers, contractors and trained, dedicated maintenance and administrative staff.


Northwood Centre has a wide variety of office and retail that adds to your staff’s quality of life when your company or organization is a tenant. For example, there are two restaurants in the commons area, a coffee cafe (What Cafe) with both outdoor and indoor seating, a gym (Anytime Fitness) and ample parking.

In addition to the restaurants and gym, other tenants include ProBank, FSU Autism Institute, startup companies, restaurants, State of Florida agencies including the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Department of Children and Families and the Northwood Shared Resources Center.
